Change is possible
Amber Community is committed to improving the safety and wellbeing of Victorian road users. We provide counselling and support to people impacted by road trauma and address the attitudes and behaviours of road users through education.
Ways to help.
Each year we support more than 1,000 people who have been involved in road trauma. Less than half of our funding comes from the government, so we rely on the generous support of the Victorian community to continue our important work. Please donate today.
Celebrate a Life
Give friends and family the opportunity to make a donation that makes a difference by giving back to people impacted by road trauma.
- Donations in lieu of flowers: Talk to your funeral director as they can organise this for you
- Donations in memory: Create your own tribute to a loved one
- Donation in lieu of gifts: Turn your special occasion into a celebration that makes a difference
- Bequest: Leave a lasting gift
We can supply donation envelopes for you to share with family and friends.
Volunteers have always played a significant role within Amber Community. Many of our volunteers have a personal experience of road trauma. They know first-hand what our clients may be experiencing in the days, months and years after a road collision. Volunteer opportunities
Amber Community welcomes a diverse membership to reflect and support the many Victorians impacted by road trauma. Membership fees are low ($25 an individual, $35 a family and $200 a company) to encourage maximum participation.
Membership entitles you to vote at any resolution at our AGM. As part of our constitution, to become a voting member, you are required to submit a personal nomination.
